Not sure I agree with that. When he revealed who he was, she really pushed him away. He thought he had her but after her, very late, rejection he started choking her and raping her. She couldn't do anything else at that point and I think its implied that she lost all will. When she wakes she seems to be in a state of shock snapping out of it when she sees the ring bag. When she runs away she isn't even thinking about Kato, just getting to Ryosuke. Contrary to 99% of NTR, Kato at that point was less than nothing and he knew it: he raped her because he couldn't steal her and her not even looking at him while leaving confirmed it.
