So to those wondering, the monster, Almonde, is a "human mimic" that eat people. The human side is, if I understood correctly, the fake one and the "demonic" side is it's true side.

The character was created for corruption porn, which bring a little problem as if the man-eating side is the original one, then it's not corruption, just the actual being being freed from whatever mental cage it was put in the first place and the actual corruption was making that cage.

(I know I'm being picky but everything I saw from them has that kind of problems, from the porn to the non-porn and it just become irritating)

Got that from the curious-cat of the artist and honestly, I'm kinda baffled by how much that artist go on making "dark" stuff but when you see their actual art, it's kinda really lukewarm, and I'm generous.

I'm serious, page 13 is honestly the most extreme thing done on page. They couldn't even draw a girl biting a guy, I get that implying something can work but it honestly feel like anything that get a little too unconventional either gets skipped and/or is treated as a joke. And no, I don't count fucking ntr as unconventional, considering it's the most lazy/forced/tired/cheapest shock value genre possible (and that they made it their twitter avatar is quite frankly sad IMO. How starved for a personality you need to be to go for ntr?).

And really, it's kinda frustrating they seem so chicken shit to do anything actually unconventional as their stuff had lots of good potential.

But no, easier to not ruffle anyone, would lose followers and they still act like they're unconventional for doing a few yaoi/pegging pieces (but skipping biting) which I honestly find to be a pretty low bar in term of non-conventional.

And for me, it make things like page 14-17 just not working. Like I said, the "character" we see corrupted was never real, it just feel like an attempt at making the whole thing more "tragic/tearjerker" but for me, it feel like Nyantcha simply shot themselves in the foot.
