In an alternate universe, mutants and other super powered beings are forced to register with the government and have their abilities suppressed. Rogue and Carol find themselves working in a seedy bar operated by her mutant hating step-brother, Graydon Creed. With little other prospects, the duo are forced to degrade and humiliate themselves to get by.
