@RileyWalker Depends on your definition of cheating. In the pic she sent him, she was already with another man when she was breaking up with him. So, that means she had already commited to another man before breaking up. In a lot of people's opinion, that is cheating. I will agree with you that it was motivation for him to lose weight though. A majority of heartbreaks have led men to change something about themselves.

@dsadsadsadsa There are several exercises that one can do to at least maintain fat in the ass while slimming down. However, since this is a comic and a short one at that, there are a lot of things that don't get depicted. Just the weight loss alone would take a couple months, if he did it a safe and healthy way, but who knows if those breasts were breast forms or implants which would take another couple month's for the implants to heal fully. So, a safe bet would be about a year passing between when his gf cheated and dumped him and when he got back at her.
