The next victim of Dex, the Kosmetics Killer was a pregnant 27 year old woman. She had just had her baby shower and was alone at home (Her husband was out of town on a work trip) when Dex broke in and quickly throttled her to death. He then dragged and carried her to various part of the house to have fun with her corpse and finally settled on the large dining table where all the baby shower gifts were arranged. He made love to her body and then left the next day after making up her face and leaving a nice message on her belly for her husband.

When she was discovered, she was brought to the police morgue and trhen prepared for her funeral at the funeral home. The last 2 images shows her 5 days after her death when her husband returned and wen tto see her in her casket. He could not resist but to had his way with her pale and rotting corpse.
