The OP's Original Translation link didn't mention "NTR" just "She'll be all mine." Tonally, it feels like a punchline regardless, so I don't mind (Raw link is dead). My only complaint being the intro felt open to leaning towards cuckqueaning, which is my thing, so the crush being the female friend was disappointing.

Yeah, I didn't check the 'not MTL checkbox' because while I was working on the re typesetting it became clear MTL was used in Nanshinron original translation, I tried to smooth the wonkiest lines somewhat but in the end MTL was used.
