Uh... what? Ya the total number of votes would go up but the average rating would go down? 0.5 is the minimum. the floor. the worst possible. Anytime the score is above 0.5, an additional 0.5 star rating would bring the average rating down, closer to 0.5. What he's saying implies he thinks half-star votes increase the rating... Like he thinks a million 0.5 star votes would "build up" to a 5 star rating?

Licher is wrong regarding ratings, yes? Upvote for "ya, he's wrong". Downvote for "No, he's right, additional 0.5 star ratings 'build up' to a 5 star rating".
