I'm curious to know how the Mayor explained that first scene to Ric, but knowing this series, I'd guess a translation would, as a rule, only make so much sense in the first place.

A decent piece, probably even more so if the reader knows Japanese. But then again, since it's Arakawa Under the Bridge, it would only serve so much good (as dap said). Art is good. The sex is good. Overall content is good.
