Kind of barely seems that different to me. Maybe they should have started with a more hyper masculine character design to make the whole manhood draining away thing be more pronounced.

Edit : Funny to look back on this comment. It was certainly true at the time, but obviously by NOW the character has basically become an exaggerated depiction of a woman that even got pregnant. I still think starting more masculine would have been better, but at least the difference is drastic now.

The images were uploaded in a reasonably high resolution. For example, #7 is 3170 x 1162 @2.92MiB.

As @soldus noted, e-hentai is downscaling the resolution when you browse. Go get yourself the "Source Nexus" hath perk:

This comment history is now very funny since the updated/resized gallery has all the images downscaled to absurdly low (borderline unreadable) quality regardless of where you're viewing them - to see the higher quality images you have to go to the parent gallery, very silly.
