I'm 99% sure these aren't AI generated. KEY had a different PIXIV account ages ago that was banned, and it just looks like he redid a bunch of his art in a less photo-realistic style to get around censorship.

It's not even AI. This guy has been active and doing this style since before AI image generation was a thing. At worst he's taking he's using AI to convert his renders to a more painterly style to avoid Pixiv censorship, because his old account was banned.
