This is not latex... Yet I can't down vote the tagging, because someone has more moderation power than me. Why even have tags, if some people can make inaccurate taggings that others can't fix?

That´s either Lycra or PVC, the stitching gives it away. Latex has glue or vulcanized lines to keep the pieces together.
Then again, the "latex" tag on this side goes for basically all "latex" looking fabrincs, so high shine, gloss etc. etc. (and yes it anoys me as well)
