That depends. I describe Yuriai Kojinshi's work as "Soft Guro" because Yuriai does just enough to make it guro, but not enough to make me feel sad or disgusted. None of the doujin I seen from him result in death or limps cut off, they all magically recover at the end. Perfect example is his Cutie Honey ones.
