I was very interested for the first half a dozen chapters or so. But then the plot holes ruined my engagement. If she flushed the capsule then why did she have the nurse filming tinies dying with the capsule? Why did the hospital not call her seeking the return of their nurse and very expensive endoscope capsule? There were emergency protocols in place for if the capsule got accidentally flushed so why did the hospital not retrieve the capsule holding the victim and then call the police based on the victim's testimony?

The plotpoint is probably that she bought her own capsule and just looking for a driver, It would be to risky to keep the original capsule and the girl probably maybe got rescued with the help of the Emergency thingy or not, and then The Hospital didn't know who she really was as she revealed who she was later like she had used a alias to get the procedudure done. and the girl if she got caught only know what she looks like not who she is or her profession or anything. as she did the big reveal only to the nurse.
