Female hyenas have a pseudopenis hence the xray of the "urethra insertion" leading to a vagina and womb. No idea how the fuck to tag this. So many tags are missing on this site.

I have no idea what I'm looking at here... If Dove(?) is supposed to be female, why does she have balls? Why is she so much smaller than Church? Is she supposed to be a physically stunted woman, or is she a little girl and this is even squickier? Did she HAVE to be drawn without breasts? There's no difference between between this female with a pseudo-penis(?) and this male with an ACTUAL penis, except that Church has more feminine eyes? What's going on here?

And is the first page in any way connected to the rest of the comic?

There’s a simple answer to your question. No porn artist that uses hyenas in their work ever takes the time to accurately portray the genitalia. They always screw up with something.

Also, the older hyena in the first page is another female, not the male in the rest of the comic. So that may be adding to the confusion. You can tell based on the spot patterns.
