webp is the new standard for web images, it doesnt really ruin the image if set correctly
while for the censoring it can be fixed but require manual work. Mosaics are very destructive so even after removing them the lines are wrecked and bad looking as i tested it many times. In my opinion for the best looking decensor someone have to make a quick redraw of the lines if you dont want that quality, so if xinsu want to make some redrawing or better translation you should ask them.
