@Senkoau That all costs money. 10k and finding a new employee is cheaper than dragging in a bunch of lawyers and spending a bunch time and effort on some crazy person. Even more so, if that place of business is doing shady things and don't want to risk any government oversight catching onto anything. And by shady I mean, like cleaning violations, important maintenance being over looked. Ya know standard evil landlord bs.
