I might be off on some parts but the girls are adopted, one day the driver betrays them and brings them to be gangraped by his friends claiming the girl's adopted father is an evil person. They get saved and brought to a doctor's home where its revealed the father adopts and sells girls as an operation and that the driver and his group were presumably killed off screen after being tortured to find out what information they knew about him and his operations which turns out to be next to nothing.
