Rape can also be netorare , that would make it a Type C NTR. Type A NTR girl does it on her ownm Type B - forced from begin with but then becomes consensual, Type C - rape from the beginning till the very end (the only difference from normal rape is that she is in a relationship/in love with someone else.

I havent played the game though so dont know how NTR tag is correct in this particular case though.
