The version in the January 2023 support submission on Fanbox and Patreon includes the full assortment of 8 images.
The original Patreon (haryudanto) was terminated, however. They are available as an archive tier reward on the new Patreon (HadantArt) and SubscribeStar (Hadant) as part of a 2023 omnibus.

This is indeed the Pixiv version, I specifically grabbed something that wasn't advertised as "oh there's more to this one if you pay" because I just wanted a quick upload last night without having to chase down leaks.

I guess I will update this into full version at some point if I can find it.
