I've literally used Paint (on Windows 7) to re-typeset old translations of a few Digital Lover doujins and they were better than this.

Pick a font, resize text, don't just do everything in a single text box, and don't erase text on the cover if you can't fix it up.

I agree this is pretty terrible, your advice is very valid though this is 100% MTL, i did not do any typesetting/translation myself, and so tagged as such.
