Honestly, I almost feel like this series of 3 should have the "mind control" tag.
The Coach seems to have a way to just convince these 4 girls that his "training" is normal. Even just going straight into it, he somehow is able to warp common sense with the "he's a great coach so what he says MUST be right" simplicity of it all.
