Well, so far the BF has "better" odds than Regret's MC who had to compete with his wife's first love. While here MH's feelings for her BF never changed and the only reason she is into this is because of blackmail (the teacher wasn't going to let the MH go even if she said no and she knew it).

Itou eight has had a better history of having the fmc of his stories show how much they don't give a fuck about their oppressor's. I believe there was a story he did of a wife who stopped caring about having sex with her farther in law and treats it like it's a job.
