This appears to be the official English version of Final Fantasy VII Remake: Material Ultimania.
The actual images are taken from a copy on archive.org & except for no back cover matches the description provided by book sellers like Amazon.
However the PDF that archive.org hosts is smaller than the actual digital edition is said to be. I don't know the reason.
Uploading here to complete the English Ultimania collection hosted here.
There's a mix of PNG & JPG. The images were extracted as raw images from the PDF, the JPEGs that are here are what came out of the PDF. All other raw images were converted to PNG.
