It's another one of AnimatedJames' old and abandoned comic projects, this one being about humans having the ability to either speak to animals (Grounds) or see into the future randomly (Clouds).
It had one flash cartoon (although there might have been others, but I currently can't find them) and ran as a normal comic for a short period of time.
