flamedra: I can't seem to find an answer to that. I looked on several sites where the artist's work is posted, none of which I can find with these charactors, nor is pic 21 tagged w/ any specific name. The artist does, however, have several pictures that use charactors w/ a similar body structure as the one in pic 21.
It may just be a artist specific design. I can't say for sure though, so... if anyone wants to correct me, it'd be great.
Artist name is Shippo, by the way.
