Um actually I'm pretty sure that the pictures are of her a few years down the road, maybe at least 17 if you haven't noticed she's a little more developed and just to prove that it isn't the pregnancy that's the cause, Kirino has also become more developed. Also if my memory serves me right unless they changed it now, girls in Japan can get married at age 16 just the majority doesn't. In Cardcaptor Sakura, Sakura's mother was 17 when she had her, just an example there.
