A lot of those pics are from Pretty Soldier Wars. The WORST dating/battle sim I ever played. Your characters regularly miss on 100% accuracy, enemies regularly hit on 0% accuracy, your relation with each girl largly consists of an 8 sentence date and a single 5 sentence sex scene, and then you don't talk to the girl for the rest of the game!
Anyway, google search that game and you should find the artist.
