If the art does not have censorship then it is uncensored (the dictionary definition is "not having been edited") - if it had censorship and that is removed then the art is Decensored.(which is not actually a word according to the dictionary but is widely used on the internet. According to the dictionary there is not a word for the removal of censorship.)

I don't think that JellyH is claiming to have removed any censorship, this is just a collection of pictures that do not have censorship (except for #10). whether that is because the original art was not censored or someone came along later and removed the censorship is not really the point. If he had marked this gallery as Decensored art, then it would be a different story.)
