Number 1 is also Dmitrys and I thought that was also not allowed. Some people might also misconstrue 3 as loli but by my definition it isn't.

The artists, or whoever, specifically request that their art not be posted here. About half a year ago, I think, Dmitrys was no longer banned here and can be posted. However, Innocent Dickgirls is still not allowed. You can find a full and constantly updated list under the "Do Not Post" section of the RoE.

Where, if you don't remove it, they'll shut you down.
Meaning, because we have a picture from Innocent Dickgirl, or Innocent Dickgirl intellectual property, they are allowed to ask us to remove it.
If we do not remove it from our site, they can have this site removed.
Why else do you think it's so hard to find new INDG comics for free?
If they catch their stuff on any rapidshare or megaupload sites, they can remove it so no one's able to download it.
Also, there are such things as internet laws.
