I've gotta say that Seiji has come a long way since Hamichichi Oneesan in terms of expressions. His art style hasn't changed much in how he likes to draw his men and women, but his expressions have vastly improved. This story's aneki has some downright sultry facial expressions, but what really impressed me after reading this, then reading his earlier works, then reading this again was how non-grating the guys' faces looked in this story, which is impressive because their design has mostly gone unchanged. No longer do they look permanently drunk with a face stuck in "derp" mode, so there's no longer an eyesore on the pages with the hot chick. I'm glad to see he still likes depicting sexually proactive/assertive women, too. And his storytelling has also vastly improved, steps above and beyond the predominantly "Plot? What Plot?" that pervaded Hamichichi. This is still pretty straightforward, but much better about it than before.
