As we all plunge into the sewage of "illegal" realm, do translators have such kind of power to force others to do something or something?
Perhaps both readers and translators should refer to the publication page for the "copyright announcement"(even though it's written in Japense), before trying to set up such kind of threatening and strong rules.
With the rules established, Obtaining copyright permission will be the thing that one should be done beforehand.

Translators' every effort in works is an indisputable fact; however, they still don't have rights to force others.
Ironically, these rules has actually been broken by itself, as it comes to the word, "respectation".

Yes, showing others respect is important and mutual for a healthy society; however, without copyright permission from "the original author", I hardly see any respect for them, especially when you ask us to do so.
