Ok I played this game and currently one of my favorites. Though I cannot read Japanese, I have a bit of help using VNR but I'm not sure it it's gonna be accurate.

The husband is infertile and cannot impregnate his wife so he asked his younger brother if he can have sex and get his wife pregnant. Once both parties agreed they had sex on two separate occasion while the husband is on the next room but still not enough to make the wife pregnant. Before they go for their 3rd one, the wife talked to the husband and ask him if he's ok leaving the house while she and the younger brother have sex. This is the only time that you can choose an option: You either 1.disagree and stay next room or 2.agree and leave the house

Option 1

But the wife started to get frustrated as weeks go by and she also refuses her husband's advances to have sex. Finally when she and the younger brother were alone, he manage to convince her to have sex and they did it in the kitchen before the husband goes home. Next day, she found out that the younger brother is going to leave the house soon because of collage and she suggested to have a send off party, the husband agreed to it as well and he finally leaves the house. Once the husband left she and the younger brother talked and said that she will miss him both from her heart and her body, so he suggested for her to come to his room while the husband is sleeping. After once again refusing the husband's advances, they went straight to bed. But later at night, she sneaks out of the room and went to the younger brother where they finally had sex again. She sneaks back into the room and the husband unconsciously moved to her futon, this made her feel more guilty as well. Next day, the younger brother talk to her and told that he was planning to put sleeping pills on the husband's drink and sneak in to their room so he can have sex with her. She agreed on this despite having shades of guilt. Once they made sure the husband was sleeping, the younger brother finally enters the room and proceed to have sex with the wife. To their shock, the husband was sleep talking saying Sorry and I love you to the wife. This made the wife feel more guilty and wanted to stop but the younger brother still continues. After cumming inside her, she crawled down to the husband's futon as the younger brother left the room on a lonely manner. She vowed that she will never do this again while the husband continues to sleep talk saying I love you.

Epilogue: The younger brother finally leaves the house to go to collage and said will come back once the child is born. As the husband and the wife talked, she said that she wanted a child from the husband after all proposing that they should continue trying to make one. The story ends that the husband never found out about the affair but the wife's love for her husband remained stronger than ever.

Conclusion: The younger brother is not an asshole, I think he really is in love with his sister in law but gives up at the end after seeing how the wife loved her husband. The husband is a bit doubtful but he still loves his wife despite that. The wife look like she was about to give in to the pleasure but in the end, her love for her husband still prevailed. I say this is a happy ending, great story.
