Yes. Look carefully at her hand in image 004. Note the length of her middle finger. Testosterone causes that finger to grow longer early in puberty, natal women have shorter middle fingers. That is, the difference in the ratio of middle to index is small in natal women, and larger in natal men. This is not something that can be fixed with cosmetic surgery. (It can be fixed, but is very costly and experimental, and may leave the finger or hand unable to function properly) The same is true of the vocal chords, but with sufficient training this is easily correctable.
