On her blog she spells her name Arai Yami (http://ameblo.jp/araiyami/). I figure she should know the correct romanization. ;)

You are correct that this set's Japanese name is フェイト脱いじゃいました. Unfortunately in the rename petition somebody confused it with her other Fate set あらい夜魅 フェイト・テスタ●ッサ. So everybody be sure to vote for the correct option:
[Nightcharm (あらい夜魅)] フェイト脱いじゃいました
