From the comments by a translator who did this (expect an English upload soon): "As far as that thing goes, it's by Otoshinkurusu, which is Japanese for Otocinclus, but that name overlaps with some other tiny doujin circle that is pretty new, so info is kind of scarce and misleading sometimes. All images in the gallery can be found on his pixiv where he states it's just kind of something he thought up while thinking about "My Neighbor Totoro". There is an "image" for the 8th page that states that it ends before there is any real ecchi drawing, and there will not be a continuation of it at least until it's in book form."
