iirc canonically senjougahara says she'd be fine with araragi being unfaithful to her or leaving her for one person in particular, that is, she'd forgive him and not murder them both.
That one person was Hanekawa. I think there's an implied lesbian sex scene when they take a shower together? But it could also be interpreted as her just being very impressed by her general behavior as well as her body, and maybe realizing that she's heavily interested in araragi, and has a somewhat fucked up, loveless life?

Also this should technically be "male rape" and not "male NTR" since the man wasn't willingly unfaithful or convinced to love/fall into depravity for the subject of supposed unfaithfulness.
It's also questionable how heartbroken Senjougahara is over the matter, which is the traditional kind of "NTR", although I realize netori, the sort of reverse version is also tagged that way on here.
