@Chrystofax: It does seem odd. The title translates as something like "That butler and young lady want to be my smegma cleaners" (with the "cleaners" having strong implications of "vacuum cleaners"), which is (a) a pretty disgusting/interesting title and (b) nothing to do with Gosick - quite clearly just referring to the two Mayo Chiki girls. It could be a bonus the artist just threw in, but it feels more like a mix up to me, especially since Gosick isn't on the cover of the HCG set.
