they do it cause they have fun doing it. there is a book called personalities plus, it explains how there are four types of personalities. sanguine types enjoy being the center of attention, while phlegmatic type people (such as myself) enjoy watching from the sidelines.
also keep in mind that ALL women like to feel sexy whether they admit it or not. only the more outgoing ones will show off though. i go to a lot of conventions and talk to them. im sure one or two dress like that to get off, but none that i have met.
