In case anyone is wondering: Tira mostly writes possession stories, but started making 3D mangas since December as well.
If you don't have a Pixiv account, you can still find all of Tira's mangas on their blog by searching for 漫画 (manga).

According to Tira, this manga was made using both でじたるメイト (Digital Mate) and コミPo！ (ComiPo!).
I'll probably also translate and post the continuation, once it's out (and if I have time).

Edit: Apparently, my translation of the last page was incorrect and it would have been more accurate to translate もうちょっと続く。。。 as "To be continued...?"
