These are not wallpaper-ready. A lot of these are odd-sizes or smaller images such as 12xx by 8xx resolution in some cases. So, using them as wallpaper will require enlarging and cropping. In many cases, enlarging and then cropping will cause deletion of parts of the head or torso. This is not really a wallpaper collection so much as it is a potpourri of images the uploader likes which were collected from *booru type sources.
