The first few pics in this gallery are almost certainly a man (I recognise the breasts-on-a-bodysuit technique) but this kind of Kigurumi cosplay is not just for guys.

It's perfectly 'normal' (within this scene at least) for girls to wear a full zentai bodysuit and KG mask. Reasons include changing skin tone, to achieve 'flawless' anime skin look and to feel completely hidden from view, therefore liberated to get in character, flirt and generally misbehave in ways that you wouldn't do when people knew who you were.

If it matters to you who's underneath the suit/mask then you should find some KG sites and browse the dressed-up-girls sections!
