I like how you support Luffy x Nami and Sanji x Robin, but here's a suggestion based on my preference: that you you have Luffy impregnate Nami and Sanji impregnate Robin. And here's another suggestion based on current events: 1. Luffy has an x-shaped scar on his chest. 2. Nami has long wavy hair. 3. Sanji has a thin mustouche and goatee on his face and has an asymetrical eyebrow (exactly like his other eyebrow but does not mirror properly). 4. Robin's hair is combed back showing her forehead (she also wears orange lensed shades but that can be optional).
