Better on the art side, complete and utter fail on the real girls part. Cowgirl doesn't even look steampunk-ish (seriously, a cowgirl? Wild West, not Steampunk), the corset whore is more Victorian than Steampunk, the black one looks like a Disney reject from the Princess and the Frog, and the last two.....close enough.
Do you mean picture #25, when you say "cowgirl"? Really? The Wild West can't be Steampunk? Did you never see the original TV Series (or the not-so-good movie) The Wild, Wild, West? James West & Artemus Gordon couldn't GET any more Steampunk!
Besides... the American "Wild West" coincided with the Victorian era in England. So yeah, it's appropriate!
If anything, the Union Soldier (#21) could be "wrong", since the Victorian era didn't start until well after the end of the Civil War in the US.
