A young woman is experimenting with a book of spells one Halloween night, when she's paid a visit by Sammy Haines, the notorious "31st of October Killer." When the growth spell kicks in however, the murderer suddenly finds himself facing a whole lot more than he bargained for.

I think "HalGROWeen" is a poorly written, poorly animated piece of trash story. Seriously, why does the guy in image 29 look like he's about the same height as the streetlights?
Secondly, there is no Solstice in October.
Although I do love the slight at that shit movie "Paranormal Activity".
