A translation would be nice. I can infer what's going on, but not without gratuitous use of the word "somehow" and the phrase "for some reason".

Now I get it. The guy is blackmailed into wearing a girl's swimsuit (presumably in public), but the one he puts on is cursed and turns him into a girl. Also, as is typical of Milda7's work, he's unable to take the suit off afterwards.
