For those who can't play the game normally, you got 5 choices:
1. Change the name of the file in english characters

2. Download Apploc:

4. Download Power Archiver to unzip the files if winrar fails on your face:

5. Go to your control panel, click region & language, select administration, click on modify regional parameter and choose Japan, it will reboot your computer but after that, all the games that are written in japanese character will be playable without the use of apploc, ntleac or any other of those kind of programs. (Wich is what I did considering the number of japanese games i have ¬.¬)

For those who wants to know how to get the cum covered scenario:
Replay any of the 3 scenes 2~3 times without going back to the title scree. Once thats done, on the title screen you'll see a blue highlighted text on the lower right of the screen, that indicates you that you are on creampie mode, click it to return on normal scenes.

Probably a localization error during extracting. Hope you kept the .rar from the torrent. In windows 7, go to control panel -> clock/language/region -> region and language -> administrative tab and change system locale to japan. Restart the comp, then reextract the .rar, one of the folders that was previously symbols and gibberish should now display japanese.

Got to enable the blue mode (see bottom of Unholy Sonic's post). I was impatient, I just ran through each scene 3x (pick top option to avoid returning to main menu until you've watched the scene thrice. For me, after I enabled the mode (you can tell with blue text on the bottom right of the main screen), I just rewatched the 2nd scene and the gag was there.
