I've had this one sitting around for awhile. I can only guess the name based on the file names. It seems fairly obvious that this is an H-game based on, or the basis for, the "Lady Blue" anime. If anyone has any information about this game, please post in the comments section.

I think this is from the Windows 95 game based on the EX ova, Injuu Gakuen EX (淫獣学園EX) aka Lady Blue, from 1994.

Confirming what bhthereaper said : this is indeed from the 淫獣学園EX Win 95 game from Dez Network.

The CD had also a bunch of low-res videos not featured in any of the OAV series. No new ero animated scenes, though (alas).

@TheRakkun: to my knowledge the only way to play this game is to find the CD on yahoo auctions jp and to install it in a VM; that's how I did it anyway (I used Win 98 SE with multi languages pack plus an old copy of winnls.dll the game needed).
