Please do not use the same images in multiple galleries. This practice is very heavily disliked around here.

How would you like to see the issue resolved? I could put them all in one gallery. But people have mentioned before that they don't like to spend gp on huge galleries and prefer to spend only on the character they like. I could remove the images duplicated between galleries, but then a set might be incomplete for those who want all the pictures. What would people prefer as a solution to this situation? Or is the current compromise preferable to the other options?

It really doesn't matter much to me. deletion of the duplicates is a very quick process so it would be the default solution if this is in fact a significant problem.
