If they were careful enough they could hide their love.
Besides, people dont care about other people that much in general.
Furthermore, Japan isnt famous for fast and smart rules. There is always weak points and flaws in their laws.

As a translator who has read the RAWs, this "translation" fills me with rage and disgust. It's like it's done by people who have not even the SLIGHTEST knowledge of Japanese and decided to make shit up. And the way the pages are flipped to make it read from left to right makes it difficult.

Right now I am redoing this so that this ero manga actually gets the proper treatment it deserves.
