An old Italian (?) horror comic where a woman's vagina is invaded by a shrunken woman, who later ends up growing larger and being "born" (after the larger woman has sex a few times. Then both women shrink down into another universe where one has sex with some sort of alien while the other is attacked/killed slowly by a bulldozer. And then.... what the hell were these people smoking when they drew this?

This is a sequel to the story in Terror Blu Doppio 148 - Dimensionne Zero. It explains how Helen was originally shrunk and her rage against women. A scientist and his wife in Washington DC invented the shrink ray, Hellen was the wife's assistant (and secret lover). Some spies come in and kill the husband and rape the wife, while Hellen was hiding in the closet. They want the shrink ray plans, but also want to test it to see if it will work. Just as they're about to use the shrink ray on the wife, she rats out where Hellen is hiding in exchange for letting her live and not using the ray on her. The spies use the shrink ray on Hellen, who goes down to 1/2 her size at first, but it seems the ray is unstable and she continues to shrink out of her ropes. Angry that she was betrayed by the wife (who is still tied up), Hellen in her diminutive form starts attacking her with shrunken sharp objects,cutting off her clit at one point. She shrinks small enough to climb inside her vagina and do more damage from there. The wife pleads for mercy, but Hellen doesn't care. But before she can cause any fatal damage, Hellen shrinks to the sub-atomic level where she discovers a whole new hellish world. The natives there capture her and try to rape her, but she begins to grow again, and turns the table on them. Eventually she's back inside the wife's vagina and continues to grow. Bursting out of her stomach, she kills the wife. Hellen returns to normal size, but realizes it's only temporary as she begins to shrink down again to the sub-atomic level. Hellen knows that her torment will continue as she will shrink and re-grow forever, until she finds a solution. That is where this story picks up.

I hear that Akuju is doing a scanlation translation of that previous issue.
